In this video I share an SMC (Smart money concepts) and RSI (relative strength index indicator) trading strategy where you are looking for a pullback of a larger trend and then trading back into that larger tf trend based on RSI divergence that prints inside a bearish/bullish order block. In this video, we conduct a detailed **technical analysis** of a trading chart to pinpoint a potential short trade opportunity. The analysis highlights key indicators such as bearish market conditions and **rsi divergence**. We also observe a bearish engulfing candle, a significant **candlestick pattern**, forming at resistance. The presenter demonstrates a precise **price action** entry below the engulfing candle’s close, with a stop loss above the recent high and a clear target price for effective **day trading**.
