Tech Leads the Market Surge | SP500 Breakout Toward 7000 Begins
Markets opened green today on positive tariff delay news, and the breakout we’ve been watching is finally happening. S&P 500 hit 5,900, faced resistance, but eventually closed above 5,914 — a bullish signal that confirms momentum is back. Nasdaq surged to nearly 21,410, and the Dow added 300 points.
Big tech names led the rally — Tesla was the star, jumping to $362 with a clear path toward $380. NVDA ripped over 3% ahead of its highly anticipated earnings tomorrow, closing around $135.5. Apple reclaimed the $200 level and looks ready to push higher.

Most major tech names are in bullish continuation patterns, and we could be looking at the beginning of a summer melt-up. I maintain my SP500 target of 7,000 — still over 1,100 points away from here.

Meanwhile, gold pulled back after touching key trendline resistance, and crude oil continues to struggle around $60.
