WTI & Brent Oil Forecast: Massive Crude Draw Fuels Rally as $100 Breakout Looms

WTI crude oil and Brent are showing bullish potential after U.S. commercial crude inventories plunged by 8.6 million barrels to 415.6 million barrels. Refinery crude inputs increased to 16.615 million barrels per day, while estimated domestic production declined, providing support for oil prices. WTI is attempting to recover from an early pullback, with the psychological $100 resistance level emerging as a critical breakout trigger.

This crude oil price forecast examines whether tightening U.S. inventories can sustain the rally despite conflicting global supply and demand signals. Brent crude has attracted buyers near $107 and is threatening an upside breakout, supported by transportation and logistics concerns.

However, the IEA reported a 2.5 million-barrel-per-day increase in September global oil supply and forecasts weaker fourth-quarter demand. With OPEC+ maintaining its November production targets, the key question is whether stronger refinery demand and constrained delivered supply can outweigh recovering production.
