In this video I review STAG Industrial Inc (STAG Stock). This company is a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), which distributes monthly dividends and has increased their dividends since inception. This REIT has never had a dividend cut and is a very specific industrial REIT. It is a high-yield dividend stock, which many dividend investors enjoy buying. As a dividend investor, I love high-yield and high-paying dividend stocks that are dividend growth stocks.
